Three interviews followed by a logic test and a personality test. First interview was ~2h with the hiring manager. Most of the interview spent on describing Volvo Cars as a company and the position they were hiring for. Second interview was 1h with the team with the open position. This interview was a bit more technical but no tough questions. Third interview was 1h with HR. Very easy and felt like a formality. We discussed the result on the personality and logic tests.
