The interview process began with a screening call with the HR recruiter, followed by a call with the hiring manager. Both interviews were scheduled within a week of each other, which was efficient. The interviews were fairly straightforward and focused on learning more about my background and assessing my competence for the role. Unfortunately, the experience took a negative turn after the interviews. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the recruiter stopped responding, and the hiring manager provided only vague, non-committal updates. It felt like they were stringing me along with no clear intention of moving forward. Ultimately, I felt disrespected and undervalued, as it became apparent that my time and effort were not given proper consideration.
