I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Volvo Group (Greensboro, NC) in Jan 2018
Interview
Was contacted directly by the hiring manager only a few days after submitting my application online and was scheduled for a phone interview very quickly. The phone screen was very basic, I swear the interviewer was reading off a website for the top 20 interview questions. One or two weeks later I was called out of the blue by a second manger and was asked one or two questions and was told I would hear back within a week, the conversation lasted no more than 5 minutes which I thought was very odd. After hearing nothing for a while I emailed them and they said they were canceling the position. The whole process felt very random and uncoordinated.
Sending in application, selection, short call interview with recruiter, longer zoom interview with recruiter, then online tests, discussion via call to discuss results, face 2 face interview and another face 2 face interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Volvo Group in May 2022
Interview
First, the Recruiter interviewed me by phone, and then I had an online interview with the Manager by Teams.
The first interview lasted 30 minutes and the second lasted almost two hours.
