It was pretty straight forward. General questions about you past experience. About yourself, your current job. Why do you have interest to work in Volvo. Why do you think you are the right candidate.
Internal representative in contact for scheduling. Several interviews with leadership and asked to prepare an analysis before final decision made. Quick turnaround requested on the analysis. Analysis was relevant to position.
Standard behavioral questions and some technicals regarding corporate finance and analysis. Nothing too complicated, equivalent to a 30 min read up on financial statements. Interviewer was pleasant and process was smooth.
Initial HR interview followed by a technical interview with Director FP&A. The interview went very smoothly as all the questions were basic and conceptual. It was pre COVID so all interviews took place in person.
