A 30 minutes F2F interview with the Vice President of the organization on site where he gave a brief background of the organization and the company as well described where they are in the organization hierarchy

First step was a video interview which was awkward, then an in person interview, which was much more suitable and seemingly went well. I contacted them a few times via email to ask about next steps, and found out I was no longer a consideration. I felt they could have been more forthcoming than that.
