Interview
Screening interview over phone. Next was a series of tests at HR, including calculus, reading comprehension, leadership, and personality test. Finally two rounds of f2f interviews with hiring manager and HR partner. Finally hiring manager contacted two of my reference persons and asked questions about specific things where there were still some uncertainty. Very thourough interview and much better than the ones where you feel you are up for audition (one false note and your out). They were able to identify strenghts, improvement areas, and potentials with very high accuracy.

Many open questions with requests for real life examples. Very good flow of questions, and well planned interview. Difficult to pick out specific questions. Plan the inteview in advance. List past achievements and be prepared to describe the situation, what you contributed with, how the situation was changed, what was improved (if applicable), what your take away lessons learned was.
