I applied online and I actually got a call back 1 or 2 days after i applied. It was very out of nowhere and it consisted of a phone interview. They pretty much just get a feel of your experience and if you would meet certain qualifications for the job. After that, they invited me in for a 1 on 1 interview with the 1st floor manager. It was about 45 mins. to an hour long. She then immediatly asked me to schedual a 2nd interview with the store manager 3 days later. I went in to meet with the store manager, shorter interview, more questions just like the 1st one on one but in more detail, then he asked me if i was interested in more of an artistry position rather than just skincare sales and i accepted. He then had me fill out a form in order to do a background check. I then recieved a phone call from the Account Executive from Laura Mercier Cosmetics and had a 45 minute phone interview. She then said I should be hearing from the store shortly. 3 days later, I recieved a call from the 1st floor manager with an offer and I gladly accepted. (:
