Very dated interview. "Tell me about a time you had a problem with a customer." "Tell me about a time you struggled with a co-worker and how did you handle it." Just Vague questions like that.
The interview process for DMs are WAY worse. They just throw hard questions at you and expect you to answer them correctly or they just look at you with disbelief. I actually had to make up stuff because the interview was tough! I was shocked that I even got it.

I went through two interviews and was at the store for almost 2 hours. Was pretty painless but took forever. Store manager was rather nice but definitely didn’t describe the job well
