I applied online and three days later called the store. The human resources lady didn't really seem like she wanted to interview me, but did just because I had called her. Asked a bunch of basic "name a time when" questions. After the interview she said that there were several different candidates applying for that one positions. She said that she would give me a call if "they wanted to take the interview process any farther".
