I applied on-line one day and was basically called the next. I missed the call so I returned it the next day. The woman asked me if I had a minute for a few questions. She then asked questions that were related to my application. Like why there were a number of years that I was unemployed. She wanted to know why. Then she asked me if I could come in the next day. I could not but I said that I could the following. We agreed on a time for two days later. I first met with one person. After a half hour interview she asked if I could come back in an hour for another interview. I said that was fine. I came back for the second interview an hour later and again it lasted about a half hour.
