There were a total of 2 Interviews. Both included the director of HR and the director of Software Development. Neither of the interviews included any technical software development questions. It was clear that both were inexperienced with the software development for the position. The interviews generally take place in a fairly small room, face to face with both directors. The room is a fairly uncomfortable setting with not much in the way of ascetics to relax or welcome the applicants.
