To be frank, I was strung along for 4 months. I initially reached out to Von Maur management in September 2020 to gain feedback on my resume in preparation to apply for the Exec Training Program. I was told that I was more than qualified for the position and to just make a few revisions. A month later two head recruits came to my school and we spoke briefly then about the program and what Von Maur had to offer. I applied for the program didn't get a phone interview (lasted less than 10 minutes) until late November, tried to follow up a few weeks later, and only received automatic replies about the head recruiting manager being out of office but would be periodically checking emails. I guess they must have been fired or something because it looks like they've been out of office for the past 2 months.
