Took 4 hours. A lot of questions. Understandable due to the position. They let you read the job description after the interview and ask if you have additional questions and answer them thoroughly.

Interview
This was an internal hire, as I was already a Department Manager within the store. I had previously expressed interest in an executive path, so my store manger approached me when the position was available. I had my first interview with Store Manager, then had a second interview with my Regional director.

Question 1
I was asked by my Regional to critique my fellow DMs. Unfortunately the probing questions made me feel like I was "ratting out" my peers, which I found very uncomfortable.
