It starts with a screen interview face to face or on the phone, on the first day. The next day was the "first " interview, even though the questions are mostly the same as the screen interview. The second interview was set up with someone I had the screen with. Very detailed and professional. They want you to show up looking professional and in their dress code. Suit or sport coat and tie for men and a dress or skirt with pantyhose for women.

Lengthy and boring. They drill you with retail questions unrelated to the job itself. The hiring manager was mean and very scary. The job itself was pretty cool though. The coworkers were great.
