Long...took about a month from start to finish. Three separate interviews. All of them were in person. There was no phone interview (which I think they do more now). All of them were fairly lengthy as well.

Applied online & within 2 days received a phone interview from an overly bubbly young woman. Passed that process & was invited for a face to face interview, which lasted far too long & had very outdated questions. If this is your first job, you will have difficulty in answering the questions. If you are a seasoned interviewee, the questions are annoying since they do not actually deal with your current nor prior work experience.

Too many "name a time when..." questions, that I assume Von Maur paid an outdated retail consulting company, as psychological. For example, "Name a time that you experienced a difficult co-worker & how did you resolve it"?
