An hour or so after I applied, they called and I had a pleasant phone interview, There was two one on one interviews. They asked me very detailed and specific questions about previous customer service experience. After that, HR called and offered me the position, which I accepted.

The interview was very professional. The store manager was a little intimidating which made the interview a little scary. Lots of similar questions. It lasted about 2 hours. Overall it wasn't bad though. Ended up getting the job and moving up through this particular store.
