The interview process was extremely lengthy and took way too long. All of the questions that were asked were situational questions that were difficult to answer. There are three interviews with the process when there isn't any point for that for an internship.

Phone screening, they asked where i see myself in 5 years and what I look for in a company. The screening lasted around 20 minutes, and the recruiter was nice to have an interview with.

Networked my way into getting a phone interview. I was told I'd be interviewing for a merchandising internship, but a couple days before the interview they emailed me to tell me the position suddenly filled up, and that they'd interview me for a management internship. I wasn't as excited about it, but I agreed. Had a pretty basic interview, nothing crazy.
