Informal talk with hiring supervisor and store manager by the check stand! I had already applied online and had hand delivered a resume and cover letter. This was a follow up visit after I did some grocery shopping! The hiring manger hadn't had a chance to call me yet, but was very interested and thus called the store manager over for the introduction.
