Applied online during the week then received a phone call 3 days later to set up an interview. Store manager was very professional and all in all, the whole interview took about 20 minutes. Got hired on the spot then proceeded complete a drug test then submit a background check
Chat with hiring manager, Asked past experience, Background check, Asked availability, Asked for interests, Asked about any work history in groceries, Asked to schedule start date, overall a smooth experience
It was pretty easy and felt just like a normal conversation with the manager. I just sat down and had a 20 minute conversation about availability and previous job experiences.
