Interview
Submitted an application online, got a call 1-2 months later, scheduled a phone interview the next day. Passed the phone interview/screen and scheduled an interview with the assistant manager. The interview had about 7 questions, singed some papers & talked about the position, what i would do, uniform, etc. I was offered the position shortly after, did a saliva drug test there with the cotton/styrofoam stick thing. Now I have to go back to sign more papers and do training but so far so good.
Chat with hiring manager, Asked past experience, Background check, Asked availability, Asked for interests, Asked about any work history in groceries, Asked to schedule start date, overall a smooth experience
It was pretty easy and felt just like a normal conversation with the manager. I just sat down and had a 20 minute conversation about availability and previous job experiences.

Interview
Had to ask the pharmacist where to go. Waited to be interviewed. It was quick. We sat down and she asked me a few questions realting to experience and availability.
