There wasn't much to the process. They asked you questions, and you answered them. The requirements are very minimal. As long as you have great communications skills and are as friendly as can be, they will hire you. Just put a smile on your face, walk into the office and be as charming as you can be.

The interview process was very quick and snappy. It was a simple one on one interview with the manager. They basically talk to you about he company and your job duties for five minutes, and then ask you a few questions about what makes you stand out in regards to other candidates and what are your specific strengths and weaknesses. They also ask you the infamous 'Tell me about your self" question. So be prepared for that one.
