Manager heard me casually talking to my spouse about my job search, mentioned that they were hiring & asked me to apply online. About 2 days later I received a call from the HR department and conducted a 15 minute phone interview. Next day the manager called me in to ask for a face to face interview within the next 3 days. Very same day I was called back and offered the job.

Chat with hiring manager, Asked past experience, Background check, Asked availability, Asked for interests, Asked about any work history in groceries, Asked to schedule start date, overall a smooth experience
It was pretty easy and felt just like a normal conversation with the manager. I just sat down and had a 20 minute conversation about availability and previous job experiences.

Had to ask the pharmacist where to go. Waited to be interviewed. It was quick. We sat down and she asked me a few questions realting to experience and availability.
