basically they need people who are happy and know how to talk to customers, if you don't have people skill, you should be able to learn some because its very important for them. Customer service at Vons is what which is important.

very easy they just asked what ny availability was and if i had experience being a chashier before and then told me this job requires me to be on my feet at all times
