Interview
Very quick we had a group interview where they talked to all of us as a group. Later they called me in and wanted to speak one on one. Then after that they called me in again to do paper work. There they did a background check and an on the spot drug test (with cotton swab). After the results of that came back I was hired and started training.

It was pretty easy and felt just like a normal conversation with the manager. I just sat down and had a 20 minute conversation about availability and previous job experiences.
