Interview
Hired on the spot. What happened was I called the store asking if they were hiring, and the lady on the store said to come by the next day at 5PM. I did exactly what she said. I went to the store and I told an employee that I had an interview. I waited for about 20 minutes until the manager came and started the interview with me. This was my first job interview, so I was extremely nervous. But she was kind and asked me questions about why I wanted to work for the store and how I saw myself working here.
