Apply online, call and follow up with assistant store manager, and cross your fingers. Hopefully when you follow up you can do it face to face and so that will make it look better of you as you'll look persistent. Also have a copy of your resume as they probably won't be holding you resume information all throughout the day as your follow up.

Basic customer service questions and background experience in customer service.
Chat with hiring manager, Asked past experience, Background check, Asked availability, Asked for interests, Asked about any work history in groceries, Asked to schedule start date, overall a smooth experience
It was pretty easy and felt just like a normal conversation with the manager. I just sat down and had a 20 minute conversation about availability and previous job experiences.

Had to ask the pharmacist where to go. Waited to be interviewed. It was quick. We sat down and she asked me a few questions realting to experience and availability.
