They are so unprofessional. It's like a waste of time to talk to them. I would never advice someone to join this organisation. The HR reached out to me over LinkedIn by saying I really liked your profile and want to go ahead for the same. I shared my details with her. After then, she told me we liked your profile but our salary bracket is less so if you can adjust, we can go ahead. I said, okay, we can go ahead with the interview. After several follow ups, no interview has been fixed and then after a week I got a mail saying you're not selected. How can they reject me if I didn't even interviewed with them. This is whole new level of stupidity. I am so glad I didn't go ahead with them. It's not worth my time.

They took first round in March and final round in mid of April after which they informed me I'm selected and to proceed further so that I get an offer letter I need to arrange wifi, laptop and headsets. Post that they created a training group, and another group with their CEO and training for us started with all other things. All of this was done without an offer letter and on us contantly asking about offer letter, they kept reassuring us that it'll come. Initially on enquiring I was promised to be given a hike on my current CTC. But in May after all of this, on the day when they were supposed to give me my offer letter finally, they simply refused to give me a hike in fact they were pressuring me to join on even a lower salary then what I was earning and canceled my on- boarding. I was suddenly not given any answers and was removed from all the group's. I complianed the same to CMO to which she answered she will get back after investigation but they never responded. This is the most unprofessional company and behavior I have witnessed in my entire career. Worst company, rude behavior from HR, negative rating and remarks on their entire hiring process. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Many people were disappointed by their unprofessional behavior who were not given offer letters only fake promises and were added to the official company whatsapp group's who they never proceeded with and didn't even have the basic courtesy to give an answer but just kept removing people.
