First two interviews were with HR, one was with corporate and next was with regional via phone. Then met with regional VP on two occasions during lunch and then breakfast. While the questions were asked in a very disarming manner, they were very probing.
The process felt more like a conversation rather than an interview looking for a "gotcha" moment. Was surprised to have to take a full blown physical as part of the on boarding process.
I felt like the whole process was about probing my attitude and how you treat people.
