I scheduled a time via a self-schedule link to meet with the head of Talent. Overall, interview was somewhat unstructured and there was no agenda. Did not learn much about the organization as well.

Interview
Initially, everything went well. The first was with who the role was directly reporting to, the next was with the project managers. However, after the 2nd interview, the next part was a take home assignment. That was when I got ghosted, even after I had submitted the said assignment on time. For a highly rated company, it’s disappointing and unacceptable that there was no communication even after I followed up twice with the hiring manager. I understand if it wasn’t a good fit, but communicate that. There’s no reason not to, even a generic email would’ve sufficed.
