Was probably one of the best phone screens I’ve had, most certainly the best phone screen I’ve had recently. With the market being awful, it’s easy to normalize poor candidate experiences. Vytalize was such a breath of fresh air. The role I applied to didn’t align with my career goals but the director was an absolute gem regardless. Salary requirements can be a difficult discussion but they were extremely professional and offered guidance about potential future roles with the company. Normally I’m drained after interviews but I was invigorated after this one even if the role wasn’t one I was going to pursue. I would recommend interviewing with Vytalize in a heartbeat, no question.
