I was offered a 30-minute phone interview. It was said to consist of a "get-to-know-you" portion where you discussed your experiences. After that, I was told I there would be a technical portion of the interview where we would discuss problem-solving questions. Apparently, if you don't do well enough in the first portion, you do not complete the techincal portion.
