I applied online. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates
Interview
The company flew me to their offices for in-person interviews after a phone interview a few weeks before. I met with three panels of 5 people each. Most of them were product specialists but it also included marketing and HR people as well. The interviewers were all very friendly and considerate. Examples of the questions included: why I was interested in Gore, if I was interested in more clinical or traditional engineering roles, how I would approach getting a product into a new market, how I felt about travel, why I would be a good fit for the current position, what questions I had, etc. They provided great feedback about the expectations of the position and the practical day-to-day aspects of it.
