W. L. Gore & Associates interview questions

Pre Covid: One in person interview on campus after applying on campus career website. A few weeks after the interview, got a email saying still under consideration. Was rejected a few weeks after.

Phase 1 was a phone interview. Questions were geared towards personality. They wanted to know how I handled stress, a time where I was proud of myself, just the basic questions you expect. Phase 2 was where they challenge your technical skills. Can you critically think about problems they give you? If you don't know the answer, they are looking at your thought process.
