During the interview, I had the job described to me in detail and it seemed incredibly stressful. The role is entirely onsite, as well. When considering these concerns, in addition to the horrifying Glassdoor reviews I have read from previous recruiters/BDMs at this company, I chose to decline moving forward in the process. In response to the response I received from this company, I wanted to clarify that reviews were not the only thing that factored into my decision not to move forward (even though there was a repetitive review pattern of yelling in the office, not respecting boundaries, and high pressure, which makes it highly likely that this is a theme). Again, I also chose to not move forward because the job itself seemed stressful when described to me and because it was fully onsite. I like to notify job seekers of my experiences so that they can make their own informed decisions. The combative way in which you reply to Glassdoor reviews solidified my decision to not move forward. You may be committed to creating a positive experience for candidates and clients like you say, but it doesn’t seem that you are committed to the same for your internal employees.
