When selected for the they just ask random questions like your city, education and other general questions to check your communication skills then they ask basic questions to check candidate's knowledge in Human Resources and recruitment. Basically Recruitment process is explained by the recruiter during the pre placement talk prior to the GD round. This is not so hard to crack and any BBA or relevant graduate with decent communication skills can easily crack this interview.
