It was about an all day thing. They take new college students out to lunch. However it's also an interview when they do so. You may have 4, 30 minute interviews. They seem to hire people that do well on the required test.

Tell us about a situation about a problem/dispute and how did you resolve it?
First fill out online assessment, then give a phone call for brief Phone Interview, and set up onsite interview with HR, followed by an on-site interview with 4 engineer in the team
Multiple screenings leading to an interview "SuperDay", where the applicant can interview with up to 4 teams. One team can extend an offer, which the applicant can then accept. After the interview, the reply period was very quick

4 - 45 min interviews with different managers stacked back to back in person. They were all from different departments and all asked about different CS, CE and EE topics.
