The interview process began with a webinar/avatar interview before you you get to speak with a real person over the phone. Once you pass those steps, the company flew me out to Philadelphia for in person interviews. This was a two-day event where I think 100 people were interviewed for the 30 available positions nation-wide. After this a decision was made within a month.

Skype Interview, an interview in Pittsburgh with 6 different managers and then an interview in the branch for the final interview. Every interview was about the same- basic interview questions. Once you get past the Pittsburgh interviews, you pretty much have the position.
