There was a simple online application (CV submission, current role & salary expectations). This was followed by an initial Skype call to validate CV details, creative ability, and motivations for applying for this role. Thereafter, I had a 1st interview in-house wherein a design project was briefed. I completed the project in a set time frame and then presented in -house. At all stages, the communication was incredibly clear, honest, respectful and detail-oriented - a creative dialogue. The final interview was the most positive, fun and enjoyable experience that I have had during my 12 yr+ career.
