Interviewed by Assistant Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing. The position is very event/conference focused. Generic question. Written test taken after the interview, while the test didnt provide enough context to for candidate to answer, quite confusing so I had to ask several questions before doing it. The Head of Marketing seemed impatient and she played around her fingers when I answered the questions during the interview.
