I got offered an interview for the next day. I worked from home especially, cancelled plans. The lady didn't turn up. I rang, emailed, rang again. No reply. I followed up a couple of weeks later, then had another email asking me to interview, this time with a zoom link. I did the interview. I never heard back. 3 weeks later, the lady asked me if I had seen her email asking me to do the initial interview. Complete waste of my time and not respectful. No feedback given and no response from her either. Does not give a good impression on the company at all.
