Unprofessional approach from start to finish. Looking at other reviews, ghosting is their modus operandi and that says a lot of a company. Had an initial call (scheduled outside work hours) first red flag, Conversation went well and I got offered a second interview. I was going to be given date and time and they disappeared from the face of the Earth despite of me following up . This was the second red flag. I found the process quite rude to be honest and a completely waste of my personal time.
