I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WGSN (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
Straightforward 30 minute interview where I was asked to answer skill-based questions about the role. Around 5 questions in total were asked. Then was also told about the hiring process, the team structure etc.

Question 1
What's one thing you have seen in media that directly impacts fashion clients? How would you deliver it as a consultant
First email I received after applying stated the salary was a fixed sum with zero room for negotiation. It was made clear if I wasn't satisfied then there was no point interviewing. From there on the interview process was chaotic and full of red flags. Halfway through I was told that the role itself was still being reviewed, suggesting they were unsure about even making the hire. Weeks later after I'd pretty much forgotten about it, they emailed to say they'd made an offer to someone else based specifically on experience they'd never asked about or advertised as preferable in the job description. Makes you wonder what it'd be like to actually work there...
Went through one round, great conversation, seemed eager for me to meet other team members asap -- and did not hear back for weeks. Was ultimately told they moved forward with different applicants.
