      Mailroom/Floater Position Interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WME

      Interview

I reached out to an agent, through a family friend. Went in to speak with them (be very prepared) about WME, begin an agent and mailroom program. They sent my stuff to HR and I went in for an "informational interview" (be prepared this is an actual interview in disguise) for the mailroom. The mailroom interview was relatively simple; they asked standard questions (not trying to trip you up). Going into my interview the person I interviewed with told me how it would go: I'll speak, then they'll tell me about WME and then I can ask questions. This entire process took about 3-4 months.
