I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WME (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
My interviewer was the SVP of the Global Insights Group. It was extremely easy going with some basic questions. I was referred by my professor who is a friend of the SVP and has referred students in the past as well.
Very long process, at least for me. Started with an initial screening, then a first round with HR, then a second round with a manager. Took a while for them to get back to me.
Interview process was smooth. make sure to focus on experience around live events. Talk about music and community and how you are a part of that. show that you're passionate about music and culture
Very easy interview process for a role this competitive. 15-minute pre-screening interview, 45-minute interview with supervisor. Both interviews seemed to be a test of my conversation skills if nothing else.
