Pretty easy. General basic interview questions over Zoom. The exec was very transparent and insightful. Was made an offer the following week. The recruiter was great and kept me in the loop during the stages of the process.
Interview process was very straightforward. They asked about your interests, experience, education, and what you aspired to be. They also asked if you have a degree and a major university.

It kick started when an agent referred me to HR. i had an initial phone call then in person interview with HR. They asked a few questions about the industry.
