I had 3 rounds total. One with HR, one with the head of the NY floater program, and the final round was a panel with 3 agents. The first round I was asked 3 questions about WME then 3 behaviorals, 2nd round was only asked two questions then she talked for a while about the program and the different desks, panel round was only 15 minutes but covered a lot of ground. Everyone along the way was super nice and very communicative about when I could expect to hear, next steps, etc.

They like to play games. Will be comically disrespectful of your time and effort and will ghost you even after telling you you'll move forward to the next round of interviews. I've seen the office environment firsthand, most agents are very warm and the assistants are grossly underpaid but wonderful and helpful people. HR is on another planet. They act like this job is saving lives. They are extremely entitled and lofty. Go for it if you want to be given the runaround for years of your life, since the hiring process literally takes a year on average post-strike.
