I recently went through the interview process for a Principal Business Consultant role, and it was one of the most organized and transparent experiences I’ve had. The process consisted of four rounds — one behavioral interview, two technical rounds, and a cross-functional discussion.
Scheduling was smooth and communication throughout was excellent. Each interviewer came well-prepared, clearly explained what to expect, and provided space to ask thoughtful questions about the company culture, leadership style, and expectations of the role.
What stood out most was how transparent and respectful the process felt. Everyone I met was open about the challenges and opportunities within the organization, and the overall tone was conversational rather than intimidating.
Overall: A structured, professional, and insightful process that gave a genuine glimpse into the company’s culture and values.
