After applying, I was invited to a Technical Support Meet & Greet. After meeting with several managers and recruiters, I was encouraged to reach out for a pre-interview technical assessment.
After the assessment, an in-person interview was schedule. Interview consisted of two rounds, back to back, each with two customer support managers. The interview was fairly equally split three ways, gauging technical skill, customer service acumen, and fit with company culture. Was told to expect feedback by the end of the week and received said feedback on schedule.
