Applied online and was invited to a Meet & Greet. It was fun to ask questions from the employees, and get to know the company's goals and work environment. A week later, I had an interview downtown San Antonio with 4 employees that were broken into two groups. Another week later, I had a second interview with their manager who asked the more impressive questions and "what would you do in this situation" scenarios. Did not get the position but was a good learning experience, and they promoted to try again in the future (which I will!). My only complaint was I was told after the second interview, I would know the result in 2 days. I heard back a week later, so I was on edge for a while.
