I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. First step was a phone interview that lasted about an hour, then I was brought into the Austin office for a day of interviewing with about 10-12 people in rounds of 2 people at a time. I had a great interview experience and the difficulty level was on par with the skill level they were looking for. The interview style gave me the opportunity to meet several people from different parts of the company I would be working with and gave me a lot of insight to the company culture and atmosphere. Everyone was extremely friendly and honest when answering questions. The recruiter was also extremely helpful and amazing during the process.
